  5. There is nothing new in this.It was expacted after the Bugetary provisions (Budget for 2009-2010)are approved by the parliament.
However one can plan accordingly which he must have done already.

  7. namaste to every one

i am facing a problem in including my dependent parents as family members in the details of family. the establishment people are asking for income certificate of father. My father and mother aged 55 and 52 respectively are staying at our native place and running a very small business from which they hardly earn 25000 per annum. Can any one suggest me what is the income limit after 6th pay commission for dependents to be included as family members.

  10. In the present living trends, seeking financial benefits from the employer is most welcomed. Here all the CGE ignored the section of employees in the dept. of posts called Gramin Dak Sevaks about 2.80lakhs faught for the casue of constitution of 6th CPC along with all causes besides their pay committee. The GDS pay committee submitted its report on 29th Oct, 08 and it is reviewed by another 5 member committee and subtmited its proposals to the Govt. on 24th Jan, 09. which is yet to get the approval by the central cabinet. It is an hearfelt situation at this time that the GDS are discriminated from all the CGE who are eagerly awaiting to get second phase of benefit leaving GDS in a deprived situaton.

  11. Sir,
We are eagerly waiting for the announcement. In the meantime thanks a lot for the eagerly awaited news.
But, we apprehend that the 60% may be credited to the GPF with a lock-in period of not less than three years.
This can not only play spoilsport but can also be counterproductive.

  12. lt. Colonel have been elevated (after 6thPC implementation) to PB4 with 8000GP whereas all other 12000 16500 are left in PB3 creating a huge differentiation. Why other 12000-16500 cannot be lifted to PB4 with 7600GP so that Army's requirement also intact and other 12000-16500 will not feel too much of hurt

    ReplyDelete
  13. Dear ANONYMOUS, this will open a can of worms which the bureaucrats dislike and 6PC is their baby.Nobody can not dare to peep to know either about the emergence of their baby or any change in the brought up of the same.

  14. elevation of lt col to pb4 gp8000 has created uncalled disparity with earlier12000-16500 scale officers govt needs to seriously consider raising them to pb4 gp8000 so that this large scale discotentment is stemed

  15. reg elevation of 12000-16500 officers to pb4gp8000 - this is the need of hour

  16. It is too late to receive this payment. PSUs are more faster in giving financial support to their employees

  17. It is improbable that a PM will announce some benefit releasse to govt servants from red fort where only typical Jawahar Rozgar Yojana type declarations only are made

    ReplyDelete
  18. sir everone is talking about Lt Col to PB-4 That is fine but what about ACP for PBORs in defence forces. Besides cabinet decision, Arme forces have not yet implemented the same to their PBORS, THIS IS VERY SHAMFULL.

  19. In the 6th CPC GOVT has given much waitage to the officers pay scale and upgradation. Govt should have to consider the upgradation of other relatively lower posts.

  20. IT is likley that 12000-16500 being elevated to PB4 with GP7600

  21. elevation of 12000-16500 officers to pb4gp8000 is under active consideration of govt

  23. reportedly there is lot of dissatisfaction among officers of earlier 12000-16500 after elevation of ltcol to pb4gp8000 which has disturbed working equation especially with officers of mes, civillian officers at armyHQ&defence ministry, officers of cpmf and officers of dy secy level in various org/ministry hence the need to elevate 12000-16500 officers to pb4gp8000.expect announcement in next two month

    ReplyDelete
  24. That is a great news Mr. Raj. But how authentic the news is? I was hoping that it is likely to elevated to PB4

    ReplyDelete
  25. I had read some where when the issue of upgradation was going on that there was tremendous protest from CPMF top bosses against upgradation of lt col alone leaving cpmf in PB3. But nothing hapend. only lt. col was elevated to PB4

  31. There was high expectation that 12000-16500 being brought to PB4 with 7600GP. But nothing is being heard anywhere except in some forums. There is high resentment among 12000-16500 as they were left out when lt col were lifted up. At least it was expected that all 12000-16500 will be brought to PB4 with 7600GP

  32. 60% arrears suspended? As per news in paycommisonupdate.blogspot.com 'a circular of Finance Dept. Dtd 23.07.09 signed by Smt. Anjali Goel, Ex. Director came into notice. That circular clearly stated that due to financial recession, the payments to the employees are suspended'.

But it again says 'The press release issued yesterday categorically says that Rail is always committed to it's employees and never keep it's staff deprive of any benefit'.
BUT WHAT ABOUT OTHER CENTRAL GOVERNMENT EMPLOYEES? THEY ARE NOT AS MIGHTY AS RAILWAY EMPLOYEES!

    ReplyDelete
  33. SO ONLY RAILWAY IS GOING TO GET 60% ARRERS BEFORE DASSARA? WHAT ABOUT OTHERS. SAME GOVERNMENT HAS COMMITTED IT DURING 2009-2010. WHY THE GOING BACK? ANY ALRMING SITAUTION IN INDAIN FINACE. IS INDIA GOING TO BE ANOTHER USA?

  34. 2nd Installment of 6th Pay Commission Arrears is coming

    Source : Hindi Blog Reporter

It is reported in a section pf press that second and final installment of sixth pay commission arrears is scheduled to be paid next month. It is important to note that Arrears of sixth pay commission were to be paid in two installments, While first installment of 40% of arrears was paid in last FY, second installment of 60% of arrears is due in this FY. Now it is being reported that this installment will be paid in September 2009. Some are linking it to recovery of economy as well. Public expenditure of this order will help in increasing the demand thereby giving a boost to economy.

  35. It is not correct to say that Lt Col's have been upgraded to PB 4.If you see the pre 6th pay commission pay and allowances the Lt Col,s have infact been brought down than their counterparts in other central govt employees. Before 6th pay commission they were drawing the pay scales of Director level officers of central govt as well as rank pay paid as grade pay which was peculiar to the armed forces only and taken as part of the pay and allowances(now grade pay for all officers of central govt) but the govt have brought down to a grade pay of Rs 8000/ when their erstwhile counterparts are getting a grade pay of Rs 8600.Infact the resentment of armed forces are not over yet on the issue. One must have complete facts before posting any comment .

  36. Sir,
Payment of 60%arrears is good news, but there are many other issues which remain undressed like army personnels are not allowed to travel in there own cars while on leave.Whatlogic is this? i mean you lock your car in your garage and travel by train!and then you spend money on taxis at your place of vacation!!!!

    ReplyDelete
  37. This is the first time that after announcement of pay commission implementation, arrears payment has been done soooo late, and that too in two installments, and the second one is still pending. We have allready lost about ten percent on account, that could have been earned on depositing the amount of arrears in the bank, so one must not be happy to get the 90% of 60% only (10% lost due to delayed payments) Moreover keep ready 20% more to be given to the Government. Now you may calculate the actual effective amount of cash you may receive in hand.

  38. HBA is great privilege for central Government Employees. Its good merit is not limited to the drawer only, but the investment in this scheme has a multidimensional value in the national economy. Due promotion of House Buiilding Industry, in this present economic scenario, will have a sure role for national interest.

But, we, Railway Employees are still facing the problem of not finalisation of HBA policy, even after passing a long time of 6th CPC implementation. So, the matter needs to be resolved without delay.
